OFFICE DELIVERY
When you place your order, select a delivery timeslot as soon as the next day. We will bring the order to your building and deliver it to your designated floor or receiving area.
The minimum order amount for corporate deliveries is $50. The delivery fee is $5.99.
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
If your office building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for deliveries or use of frieght elevators, please request 48 hours in advance by sending a sample COI to beercastle212@gmail.com

What if I’m not home to receive my order?
If you think that you may not be home in time to receive your scheduled delivery you can email us at beercastle212@gmail.com
When you’re not home during your selected timeslot or if no one over the age of 21 can sign for delivery you will be charged a delivery attempt fee of $5.99. Restocking charges of 30% of your order may also apply.
What if my order contains beer or wine products?
If proper identification is not available at the time of delivery, or if you show any signs of intoxication, the driver also will remove alcoholic beverages from the order and you will be charged a delivery attempt fee of $5.99. Restocking charges of 30% of your order may also apply.
Keg Delivery
All keg deliveries are special orders as we do not stock kegs. Place your keg requests and we will get it in for you (average is about 3 days before you need it). Craft kegs may have availability issues i.e.: specialty or seasonal. We will do our best and if it is still not available we will give you viable options on brews that are readily available.
Keg sizes are 1/6 sixtels, 1/4 quarters, and 1/2 half barrel. Not all brews come in all sizes.

We will deliver your order (in a time slot allocated at time of order. As an example:
Between 01:00 PM and 04:00 PM on Tuesday, June 06, 2017.
You’ll know your order has arrived when a uniformed BeerCastleNY delivery person appears at your door with hand truck bearing your order.
Delivery to WALK UPS (Buildings without elevators) are provided to curbside ONLY.
You are under no obligation to tip but have the option of providing a tip if you feel that you’ve received an exceptional service. BeerCastleNY delivery personnel are not permitted to solicit tips under ANY circumstances. The delivery fee is not a gratuity for any BeerCastleNY employee who delivers or is otherwise involved with the delivery of your order and will not be given to any such employee as a gratuity.
